The hyper red source color devices are made with Al-GaInP on GaAs substrate LED. The green source color devices are made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate LED. With just 2.0×1.25×1.1mm, the device is extraordinarily compact. The device meets moisture sensitivity level 3. These features make it ideal for use in display backlight and indicator applications.
