Since the new SE880 GPS module from Telit is utilized in the antenna, it was possible to achieve a very compact size of only 38 x 34 x 15.5 mm. For power supply as well as data communication the device is equipped with a USB 2.0 interface. The navigation data are provided in NMEA standard.
After initialization, the time to first fix is less than 35 seconds. Sensitivity in tracking mode is -165dBm. Positioning accuracy deviation is 1.8 meters or better; speed deviation is less tha n 0.1 meter / sec.
