With the incorporation of the SE880 GPS module from Telit in the antenna, it was possible to achieve a very compact size of only 38 x 34 x 15.5 mm; the device is equipped with a USB 2.0 interface for power supply as well as data communication. Navigation data is provided in NMEA standard.
After initialisation, the time to first fix is less than 35 seconds. Sensitivity in tracking mode is -165dBm. Positioning accuracy deviation is 1.8m or better; speed deviation is less than 0.1m/sec.
