Compact, high-output optical module for LED headlights
Although the new system is only 20 millimeters high, it achieves the same height as larger projection lenses with a height of 40 to 60 millimeters. The module offers optimum light distribution control and design flexibility; it increases driving safety and comfort while reducing energy consumption. Headlight optical systems collect light projected from an LED light source to form a light beam with a cutoff line for the low beam.
