Cost-effective MOSFET relays provide 3750V insulation

A significant feature of these devices is their high dielectric strength, at 3750V between the inputs and the outputs. The G3VM-61VY2 has a high continuous load current of 500mA, with an on resistance Ron of just 2 Ohms. The G3VM-351VY offers a faster turn-off time than previously, of 0.5ms maximum, 0.1ms typical. Other improvements include a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +110 degrees Celsius for both devices. Omron G3VM-61VY2 and G3VM-351VY MOSFET relays are halogen free and compliant with JEDEC reflow solder profile. Packaged in a special SOP-4 pin format, they are pin compatible with the company’s Omron MOSFET relay styles.
