DAP-Link support for SEGGER Embedded Studio

The new feature is integrated in the ARM and Cortex-M editions on Windows, Linux 64- and 32-bit and macOS (including Catalina). The software to access the DAP-Link is based on J-Link software. It can be downloaded into flash memory, and has been optimised for stability and performance.
DAP-Link is used on a number of cost-effective evaluation boards and Embedded Studio now simplifies the use of these boards.
