Digital view LCD controller supports HDMI and DisplayPort
The ALR-1920 provides an extremely flexible controller solution with pre-installed support for over 700 LCD panels from leading display manufacturers such as Samsung, Sharp, LG, NEC, Optrex, Chi Mei and AUO.
Designed for display integrators and monitor developers, the ALR-1920 offers HDMI 1.3, single-link DisplayPort 1.1a and VGA input for resolutions ranging from VGA (640 x 480) to WUXGA (1920 x 1200) or 480i to 1080P video. The ALR-1920 also offers image up-scaling and down-scaling, stereo audio support over HDMI and DisplayPort signals with embedded audio. The ALR-1920 board measures 107x92x16.65mm, comes with an onboard power supply with both 12 and 24 volt DC input, and provides panel power for 3.3V, 5V, 12V or 18V LCD displays. The On Screen Display (OSD) provides an enhanced user interface for audio and video adjustments, and can be controlled via digital button boards, surface mount membrane switches, RS-232 serial commands or infra-red remote control.
Three variants of the ALR-1920 are available: the ALR-1920 supports HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA inputs with LCD resolutions up to 1920 x 1200, the ALR-1920-120 offers advanced image processing for 120Hz LCD displays in high-definition, large format professional monitor applications and the ALR-1920-SDI supports HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA and provides integrated support for 1.5Gbit and 3Gbit bit rate serial digital interface (SDI) input signals.
Designed for the demanding and exacting environments of defence, industrial, marine and digital signage applications, the ALR-1920 has an MTBF rating in excess of 200,000 hours and is covered by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.
