
DisaSolar partners with Holst Center/Solliance research center to develop OPV technology
Since 2009, DisaSolar has been running a research program in order to develop the organic photovoltaic sector in France. The French company is specially focusing on the use ink jet printing techniques in order to accelerate the industrial manufacturing process of OPV.
DisaSolar has worked in unison with French, European and international research centers. The Holst Center in the Netherlands joins one of the many DisaSolar R&D players such as the French public research centers CEA/INES and CNRS/XLIM, and Canada’s Queens University.
DisaSolar’s has adopted a cloud approach to R&D and works as a project aggregator and coordinator from the company’s laboratory in Limoges. The French company Ceradrop specializes in printed electronics and works hand-in-hand with DisaSolar in developing appropriate ink jet printing solutions.
