Both Qorvo power doublers operate from 45 to 1218 MHz for DOCSIS 3.1 requirements. Using a combination of GaAs and GaN technologies, these MCMs are unconditionally stable under all terminations while offering excellent linearity and optimal reliability. CTB is -80 dBc and CTO is -80 dBc for both the RFCM3327 and RFCM3328.
Operating from a 24-V supply, current draw is nominally 480 mA and is adjustable for optimum distortion performance versus power consumption. A temperature sensing feature allows monitoring of the module’s backside temperature.
