The software includes several methods for viewing and analysing the network communication, and supports passive, active, and offline monitoring principles. An Identification & Maintenance (I & M) information supports the maintenance personnel in identifying and replacing malfunctioning devices. The software also maintains a list of communication events. Each event is hyperlinked to the according data frame for quick reference.
