Main features include compact size, low loss and high isolation. This device meets all of the NASA’s outgassing requirements.
Based on space qualified hardware, the drop-in isolator features high peak and average power handling in a tiny form factor for space-constrained applications. Typically used to protect expensive amplifier circuits, the device is ideal for use in space or other harsh environments.
The drop-in isolator covers 6.6 to 6.73 GHz with a low insertion loss of 0.25 dB and isolation of 20 dB. VSWR is 1.25:1 while termination is rated at 1-W. Operating temperature range is -20°C to 67°C. The drop-in isolator measures 1.27- x 1.27- x 0.53-cm.
