The features, in addition to a bypass mode that improves spurious performance make the Peregrine PE43713 ideal for test and measurement applications.

Operating from 9 kHz to 6 GHz, the PE43713 is capable of maintaining 0.25 dB monotonicity through 4 GHz, 0.5 dB monotonicity through 5 GHz and 1 dB monotonicity through 6 GHz.

The attenuator incorporates both parallel and serial programming interfaces including the capability to program an initial attenuation state at power up. Peregrine offers this silicon on insulator device in a 5×5 mm QFN package.
