Development tool manufacturer dSPACE (Paderborn, Germany) plans to strengthen its presence in the emerging technology hub of India. To this end, the company is taking over the business of its long-time partner DynaFusion and founding its own subsidiary, dSPACE India Solutions Pvt. Ltd, based in Bangalore.

India is one of the fastest growing automotive markets in the world. According to Indian government forecasts, India will be the world’s third-largest automotive market after China and the U.S. by 2030. dSPACE CEO Martin Goetzeler therefore considers India to be a cornerstone of his company’s strategy. Goetzeler now plans to be more directly and intensively involved in the market there than before.

To this end, dSPACE intends to invest in the growth and expertise of its local team. For the employees of its previous partner DynaFusion, dSPACE is making the offer to now come on board at dSPACE India. “This allows us to make a smooth transition for all customers,” explains the newly appointed head of dSPACE India, Andreas Gau (pictured). In the long term, dSPACE plans to further improve service and support through stronger local capabilities and closer integration with the experts and development resources of the global dSPACE corporate network.

DynaFusion founder Rajashekar Rao has already accepted the offer – he will support the launch of dSPACE India as part of the management team and ensure a smooth transition.
