Electromechanical switches cover DC to 18GHz and beyond

The range was introduced in response to strong customer demand, more particularly from the automatic test equipment and communications industries where reliability, consistency and performance are key. These high reliability switches come in configurations from Single Pole Single Throw (SPDT) through to SP10T, allowing a microwave signal to be switched from a common input to a number of outputs.

A range of frequencies are offered including DC-18GHz and beyond. The switch architecture can be defined as normally open, failsafe and latching and all models are available with or without indicators and TTL drivers as standard options.

Typical performance figures of 0.5dB max insertion loss (18GHz), 60dB isolation and a standard operating temperature range of -25 to +65ºC means they are suitable for a wide range of applications.
