The combination of EB’s Autosar Adaptive Platform and BlackBerry’s ISO 26262 ASIL D certified QNX-OS and hypervisor technology provides vehicle manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers with a pre-integrated basis for developing electronic control units (ECUs) with the highest level of security.

With this solution, Elektrobit and BlackBerry QNX continue their long-standing partnership. It makes it easier for car manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers to develop advanced functions for automated driving and ensures overall shorter time to market. The EB corbos AdaptiveCore 2 software can be seamlessly integrated into the QNX Neutrino real-time operating system. The architecture basis thus provided meets the highest safety standards of the automotive industry.

EB corbos AdaptiveCore 2 is the basic software for running Adaptive Autosar. The solution, developed as Safety-Element-out-of-Context (SEooC), forms the core technology for the development of safe, flexible, updatable and powerful ECUs. The product offers a holistic software framework based on the Adaptive Autosar standard.

Both products are available immediately.
