The low, 4.5W heat waste helps developers of thermally demanding embedded systems for industrial automation applications. The board provides space for up to 8GB DDR3 or DDR3L SDRAM. The combined cooling and mounting plate allows a fanless operation and flexible installation.
Two independent displays can be connected throughthe VGA, LVDS and HDMI interfaces, with the HDMI connection offering up to 4K UHD resolution provided by the integrated AMD Radeon R1E GCU. Expansion and connectivity options are provided through two GbE LAN, four USB 2.0, two USB 3.0, one RS-422/485, five RS-232, two SATA 6Gb/s and one S/PDIF audio interfaces. The NANO-GLX can also be expanded via a full-size PCIe slot using PCIe or mSATA modules.
The embedded board has an internal 12VDC power connection and can be operated in the temperature range of 0~-60°C. In addition, passwords, digital keys and certificates are protected on the hardware side by the optional Trusted Platform Module (TPM).
