Emergency switches with twist-to-release actuators and fool-proof design
The wide choice of 16 and 22.5mm products include single-piece E-stops with built-in switch elements, or switches with separate actuators and elements to facilitate different production techniques – plug-in or solder, screw, ribbon cable or PCB terminals. Options include illuminated actuators, twist-to-release or key-to-release actuators. All switches are protected against oil and water to a minimum IP 65.
A full range of E-stop accessories are available to complete the switch including shrouds (83mm for compliance to SEMI S2-93/12.4c) switch guards, palm guards and labels. Several sizes of stop switch are available, including what EAO claims to be the world’s first with a mounting depth of less than 19mm, the Series 51.
