Etas, Kvaser partner on diesel measurement technology
Within the scope of the collaboration agreement, Etas joined the Kvaser Technical Associate Program and supports existing Kvaser hardware with its INCA software products. These tools help engineers to develop solutions for measurement, application and diagnosis of electronic embedded systems. Through the cooperation, Etas will be able to address new customers in the heavy-duty diesel and off-highways market segments where Kvaser hardware is already in widespread use. The scope of the Kvaser hardware supported by Etas’ INCA software includes professional variants of Kvaser Memorator, Mvaser USB CAN and Kvaser Leaf USB-to-CAN interfaces.
Customers will benefit from the collaboration through bigger flexibility and a broader choice of products as well as more options in combining the related software and hardware in the development of embedded systems. Kvaser tools typically are used for design, simulation, test and maintenance of CAN devices and related technologies such as LIN and J1587.
