The company invested 300 million US dollars in the newly established Miaoli Tongluo factory whose construction started in 2015, following Everlight’s automotive activities expansion in 2014. Today, the company owns a comprehensive portfolio of automotive products for all interior/exterior vehicle applications. All its products are sulfur-resistant
and pass the corrosive gases test for H2S, SO2, CL2 and NO2, etc.

The smart and ergonomic factory has been designed to incorporate human factor engineering and automation AOI and clearly divides warehousing and production. The factory concept takes care of the connection routes between upstairs and downstairs at the same time, with RFID introduced to aid the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in process control. All products will have a laser code engraved before die bonding, for in-production tracking.
The new factory is expected to reduce manpower, effectively reducing the logistic processes while maximizing the production efficiency, and achieve a production capacity up to 200K units per month.
