FingerTip controller brings Xiaomi Mi8 phones to life
Xiaomi chose the controller for its optimal combination of ultra-low power, small size, and low external part count. The low-noise capacitive analog front-end ensures very low intrinsic noise and provides the high sensitivity required for new AMOLED displays. The node compensation hardware provides consistent touch performance throughout the display panel.
FingerTip’s main processor is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 core, which is capable of providing a high level of overall touch performance in noise rejection and response time and detects, classifies and tracks up to ten finger touches at once.
