Boasting a lower thermal resistance and supporting high temperatures, both the PCT2835 series and ES3032 series can withstand a second re-flow soldering. With no wire bonding, the LED flip-chips ensure higher design reliability while being able to dissipate higher power thanks to its thermally conductive design. The flip-chip package is cost competitive with dual flat package alternatives, making the products suitable for general lighting as well as backlighting.
