Former Infineon CEO Wolfgang Ziebart elected to oversee Novaled
In addition, Ernest E. Maddock was elected as a new member of Novaled’s Supervisory Board and appointed as Head of the Supervisory Board’s Audit Committee. Jan Blochwitz-Nimoth, co-founder of Novaled, resigned from the Supervisory Board but will continue to serve as Novaled’s Chief Scientific Officer.
Ziebart is currently a member of the Automotive Advisory Board, AUPEO GmbH, and the supervisory boards of several other companies. From 2009 to 2010, he was CEO of Artega Automobil GmbH & Co. KG, and from 2004 to 2008, he was the CEO of Infineon AG. Prior to this, he was a member of the Boards of Directors of Continental AG and BMW AG.
Maddock has been with Lam Research for 14 years. He has served as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer since 2009 and prior to that was Senior Vice President and CFO at Lam Research. Maddock also heads and oversees information technology for Silfex, a division of Lam Research. From 2003 to 2008, he was Senior Vice President of Global Operations and prior to that was Director of Global Sales Finance at Lam Research.
Recently Novaled also announced plans for an IPO in the United States.
