Global IT services provider FPT has signed a strategic partnership with European consultancy Hitexis to accelerate digital transformation and AI adoption across Europe. The agreement brings together FPT’s large-scale engineering and AI capabilities with Hitexis’s regional consulting and delivery experience, with an initial focus on the Baltics and wider EU markets.

For eeNews Europe readers, the partnership is relevant because it highlights how global service providers and regional specialists are joining forces to meet rising demand for AI-enabled modernization. It also offers insight into how enterprises and public-sector organizations can shorten time-to-market while managing increasingly complex digital programs.

Combining global scale with regional expertise

Under the partnership, FPT and Hitexis will co-develop sector-focused IT and AI solutions for enterprises and public institutions. The two companies plan to expand their collaboration across the EU and neighboring markets, targeting long-term transformation initiatives that emphasize operational resilience and sustainable growth.

FPT will contribute its global delivery capacity and engineering expertise across enterprise platforms, cloud modernization, data architectures, and AI-driven automation. The company says its AI-first approach will help optimize development cycles, improve operational efficiency, and deliver large-scale transformation programs faster and more predictably, without compromising on security or quality.

Meanwhile, Hitexis will lead client engagement and transformation advisory activities across Europe. Its scope covers digital strategy, intelligent automation, software development, and change enablement, with a strong emphasis on aligning technology programs with business outcomes.

Focus on industry verticals and AI adoption

The partnership will initially target several key industry verticals, including manufacturing, logistics and supply chain, retail and ecommerce, telecommunications, and financial services. These sectors are under pressure to modernize legacy systems, introduce AI-based automation, and respond more quickly to market and regulatory changes.

Dzung Tran, FPT Europe Chief Executive Officer, FPT Corporation, said: “AI and automation are redefining how enterprises build, operate, and scale digital systems. Through our partnership with HITEXIS, FPT brings advanced AI-driven engineering and global delivery capabilities closer to European customers. Together, we aim to accelerate time-to-market, improve operational efficiency, and support organizations in building resilient, future-ready digital foundations.”

Svetlana El Zuni, Founder of Hitexis, added: “We are proud to partner with FPT, a global technology leader whose engineering excellence and innovation culture align strongly with our own values. Together, we aim to empower companies in the Baltics and Europe with future-ready digital solutions, AI capabilities, and world-class technical expertise.”

Expanding FPT’s European footprint

FPT has been active in Europe for more than a decade, supporting digital transformation programs for over 150 enterprises across industries such as energy, manufacturing, financial services, aviation, and public services. Operating in nine European countries, the company continues to expand through partnerships and acquisitions, including RWE IT Slovakia, AOSIS in France, and David Lamm Consulting in Germany.

The collaboration with Hitexis underlines a broader trend in Europe’s digital services market: combining local market knowledge with global engineering scale to accelerate AI-driven transformation at enterprise level.
