The QPA3240 supports DOCSIS 3.1 CATV amplifier designs with up to 24.5 dB gain from 45 to 1218 MHz. Superior return loss performance and extremely low distortion (CSO = -76 dBc and CTB = -73 dBc) characterize the QPA3240 which combines the advantages of both GaAs and GaN for excellent linearity and high output capability of 62 dBmV.
This CATV power doubler has a 3 dB noise figure and draws 480 mA at 24 VDC. It’s offered in a standard SOT-115J package.
