This wideband GaAs MMIC driver amplifier is ideally suited for military, space, and communications systems that require small size and high linearity. At 6 GHz the device delivers greater than 15 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +17 dBm and an output IP3 of 23 dBm.
It is a 50 ohm matched design, which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching, and it offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
The CMD232 is a pin-compatible CMM-9 replacement.
