
GaN Systems, PowerSphyr team for 500W wireless power
GaN Systems is working with PowerSphyr on a range of end-to-end wireless power systems at 30W, 100W and 500W for industrial and automotive applications.
The development builds on a multi-year strategic partnership on GaN-based wireless power systems. PowerSphyr is now implementing GaN Systems’ power semiconductors on the receiver of the wireless charging solution in addition to the transmitter.
