The M4E Powermonitor is conceived by PV experts as a service tool. The system allows quick visualization and comparison of key performance indicators of solar plants. The goal is to make PV plant operation and performance follow up easy while maximizing the facility’s output. As such owners of PV plants can guarantee or improve their returnon- investment, an important asset in the context of decreasing green certificates and increasing electricity prices. The Powermonitor offers of a fully hosted, secure, web-based interface with a user friendly interface and automatic reporting functionalities.

Mind4Energy combined its expertise in photovoltaics and data communication with the expertise of UGent-Power-Link’s expertise in software development, data gathering and monitoring to come to this effective and reliable tool for the PV industry. The parties established a long-term partnership in order to jointly maintain and further develop the Powermonitor. M4E has been recognized as a spin-off from Ghent University.
