OmniVision described the CameraCubeChip as the smallest global shutter camera and said it will enable high frame rates and low latency for hands-free use in VR and AR headsets and smart glasses.
The OVM6211 has a resolution of 400 by 400 pixels and captures video at 120 frames per second in a form factor of 3.23mm by 3.23mm by 3.92mm. It has 3-micron pixels and is sensitive to near infrared light
