Google and Amazon Web Services confirmed as ECS speakers
Focus areas of the conference include digitalization, IoT, System-of-Systems, Cyber-Physical Systems, AI and Machine Learning. This year’s event takes place November 5-6 at Kistamässan in Stockholm, Sweden. Ted Schönbeck from Google, Richard Elberger from Amazon Web Services and Colin Williams from IBM Watson IoT have all been confirmed to present at the event.
Apart from keynotes and specially invited speakers, a large part of the program will be put together from contributions sent in via a Call for Papers system. This year the selection process for the Call for Papers system will be tightened and more will be demanded from the speakers to ensure that the presentations accepted are of a high standard.
The conference program for ECS 2019 will be published in full in early September. So far ”Securing IoT everywhere” by Richard Elberger, Amazon Web Services and ”AI – from hype to reality” by Ted Schönbeck, Google, are confirmed presentations.
Presentation contributions are accepted until June 3.
