Guerrilla RF introduces AEC-Q100-qualified RF amplifier
The AEC-Q100 qualified GRF2012-W is a broadband gain block with low noise figure designed for small cell, wireless infrastructure. It exhibits outstanding broadband NF, linearity over 700 to 3800 MHz with a single match. The device is operated from a supply voltage of 2.7 to 8.0 V with a selectable Iddq range of 15 to 100 mA for optimal efficiency and linearity. The device is internally matched to 50 Ω at the input and output ports, needing only external DC blocks and a bias choke on the output.
The GRF2501-W is an ultra-low noise amplifier (LNA) designed for IEEE 802.11a/n/ac/p applications in the 5 GHz band. The LNA is operated from a single positive supply of 2.7 to 5.0 V with a typical bias condition of 3.3 V and 18 mA and is internally matched to 50 Ω at the input and output ports. Applications for these products include DAB, emergency calling systems, GPS, and SDARS satellite radio antenna systems.
