High-capacity inverter/charger offers long term UPS capability
The INVO Inverter/Charger is suitable for installations that require a fully integrated system which can easily connect to the utility provided power and a customer selected battery bank; immediately creating a reliable, expandable and cost-effective UPS system.
System features include front-panel programming and display; 90% minimum efficiency; fast 10mS transfer time; 3-stage battery charger; 10 kVA peak load. Charger Power factor is greater than 0.95.
INVO’s inverter section is rated at 5000 VA or 4200 W at 220, 230 or 240 VAC output, programmable from the front panel. The input voltage is 180-270 VAC and can also be programmed from the front panel. The system can operate from generator provided power by programming from the front panel, down to 100 VAC at start-up. The charger section is rated at 20 A/35 A for 48 VDC battery voltage and 10 A/15 A for 96 VDC battery voltage. The battery voltage can be 48 V or 96 V, depending on customer preference and model selected.
Using a typical 100 AH battery, INVO will maintain the full load for 45 minutes and the 30 A charger will replenish the battery in less than four hours. INVO is ideally suited in small office or retail environment where a small number of PCs and other critical loads need to kept operational.
