The new chokes achieve high efficiency thanks to their design with high-permeability and low-loss ferrites made of material with high saturation inductance and low DC resistance. Their rated current is 1.5 times higher than the previous model (HPL505028), with currents up to 40 A and 50 A respectively. The patented mechanical design ensures cancellation of stray magnetic fields, contributing to interference suppression. The frame with the internal and external electrodes reduces the risk of interruptions and short circuits, thus ensuring high reliability.

For vehicles to become increasingly autonomous, there is a growing need for high-speed, high-resolution camera images. Cameras are an essential component in vehicles with driver assistance systems, ensuring that everything in the vehicle is controlled and that no dangerous situations occur. TDK’s product offering for driver assistance systems also includes a range of automotive inductors.
