The family features the SKY13522-644LF SPDT, the SKY13523-639LF SP3T and SKY13524-639LF SP4T. All 3 switches support operation from 700 to 3000 MHz. Designed using SOI processing, these switches consume less than 10 μA of current. Built-in decoders limit the number of GPIO lines needed for control. Setting these switches apart is their high isolation, averaging 47 dB at 2 GHz, and high IIP3 of 56 dB.
Capable of handling 23 dBm input power, these Skyworks switches are extremely small. The SKY13522-644LF, SPDT, is offered in a 1.1- x 1.1-mm QFN while the SKY13523-639LF, SP3T, and SKY13524-639LF, SP4T, come in a 1.6- x 1.6-mm QFN.
