The symmetrical SKY13392-359LF is ideal for military communications, test and measurement and GSM/CDMA/WDCMA/LTE cellular infrastructure applications requiring feedback, channel and filter-bank switching where very high isolation (>50 dB) and low loss (1 dB at 2 GHz) are needed. The device contains integrated logic that uses only two control lines for switch operation and is delivered in a compact quad flat, no-lead 4 x 4 millimeter package.
The SKY13392-359LF is manufactured using the company’s state-of-the-art GaAs pHEMT process and features integrated logic that uses only two control lines for switch operation.
