The SKY67103-396LF features internal active bias circuitry which provides stable performance over temperature and process variation. It also offers the ability to externally adjust supply current and gain. The gain is 25 dB at 0.85 Ghz and 16.5 dB at 3.6 GHz. The LNA boasts a low noise figure of 0.5 dB at 0.85 GHz and 0.7 dB at 3.6 GHz.

Other specifications include IIP3 performance of +17.8 dB at 3.6 GHz, return loss of under 17.5 dB at 3.6 GHz, flexible bias voltage of 3 to 5 V, adjustable supply current from 30 mA to 100 mA, and a temperature and process-stable active bias.

The LNA is ideal for LTE, GSM, WCDMA, and HSPDA macro base stations, small cells, cellular repeaters, DAS, and RRH/RRUs, as well as 0.5 to 4.0 GHz low-noise receiver and high temperature receiver applications to +105 °C.

It is available in a compact, 2 x 2 x 0.75 mm, 8-pin Dual Flat No-Lead (DFN) package.
