Designed for land mobile radio (LMR) and cellular infrastructure up to 1-GHz, the PE4152 offers two operating modes: LO enable and LO bypass. LO enable provides 25 dBm IIP3 with 52 dBm IIP2. LO bypass provides 24 dBm IIP3 with 46 dBm IIP2. Both modes provide low conversion loss of 6.5 dB.
This mixer can be used as either an upconverter or downconverter. Current consumption is only 9.5mA. Peregrine offers the PE4152 in a 4- x 4-mm QFN package.
