High Q transponder coils for tyre-pressure applications
The TP0702UCAP series is offered in five standard values, 2.38 mH, 4.91 mH, 7.2 mH, 9 mH and 18.52 mH at a working frequency of 125 kHz and can be customised upon request with values from 0.34 mH-18 mH. These antennas offers up to 90 mV/A/m sensitivity which give the best sensitivity in this transponder size (8.50 x 2.90 x 2.70 mm).
NiZn ferrite cores offer high surface resistivity (> 10 MOhm/mm) and enable highly stable behaviour (better than ±3%) over a wide temperature range (-40C to 125C). This rugged antenna provides an upper and lateral side protection with co-polyamide polyhexamethylene polymer walls, gamma radiated with high thermal stability and mechanical resistance (exceeds 150 Mpa mechanical strength. Its surface mount (SMT) allows an easy use in automated process. This antenna is also suitable for passive keyless entry (PKE) systems and immobilisers.
