These modules are suited for servo applications and line converters for elevator drives demanding switching frequencies up to 16 kHz. The three-phase sixpack inverter modules feature optimized high-speed IGBTs and soft-switching diodes. The flowPACK 1 and flowPACK 2 modules can drive up to 150A and their improved efficiency will also help reduce systems costs. Both modules are packaged in the low-inductive standard flow 1 and flow 2 housing, and are available with optional phase-change material.
