The units have a probe life of over 100,000 cycles and probes can be replaced individually if need be. Customized clearances can be built in the socket body, with stiffener plates integrated depending on pin-count. The probe sockets come with a pitch from 0.40 to 1.27mm. Full line test data and SPICE models can be obtained from the manufacturer for each probe/socket style.
