The CXT-STA4919 is a new high-temperature, high-reliability, 50mA adjustable linear voltage regulator, which can generate any regulated voltage from +3.3V to +28V from a +4.5V to +35V input. The component has a built-in current limiter and thermal protection. It comes in a PSOIC8 package with exposed pads.
CISSOID has also introduced new automotive configurable logic gates, referenced as CXT-741GXX, which are also rated from -55°C to +175°C. The configurable integrated products enable 13 logic functions including inverter, buffer, AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR, XNOR, MUX and D Flip-Flop. The low power CMOS devices require a supply voltage between 1.65V to 5.5V. Inputs feature Schmitt triggers and can be driven with signals above the supply voltage. CXT-741GXX come in a SOT-23-6 package and are priced at 0.065€ in volume production.
