Delivered in a 15.24×11.40×7.25mm SMD package, this new module supports an I/O isolation test voltage of 3kVAC/4.2k VDC and features output continuous short-circuit protection, it meets automotive EMC standards and AEC-Q100 requirements. The unit operates in the -40 to +105ºC temperature range, which make it well suited for automotive applications.
