ROHM has previously offered a popular lineup of low-voltage (2V to 47V) Zener diodes; these introductions respond to an increased focus on automotive and industrial sectors. The expanded lineup of UDZV diodes includes the high-voltage UDZLV series, which features a rated power of 0.2W in a 2.5 x 1.2 mm sized package, making it suitable for consumer electronics as well as automotive ECUs, MFPs, and inkjet printers. The KDZLV series of high voltage 1.0W rated Zener diodes for automotive and industrial applications is available in a 3.5 x 1.6 mm form factor.
