
Ilika completes US solid state battery manufacturing deal
Ilika has completed its ten year deal with Cirtec Medical to make solid state batteries in the US.
The deal, first announced in January allows Cirtec to produce the Ilika Stereax range of mm-scale solid state battery range in Lowell, Massachusetts, U.S.
Ilika will continue to focus on advanced technology development and IP licensing in support of Cirtec’s manufacturing and commercialisation activities. This partnership will reinforce Cirtec’s ongoing activities in system level miniaturisation for the medical device industry.
