Industrial gigabit firewall and VPN router
The specially designed housing allows operating the system in harsh environment without fan or ventilation holes, and can easily be mounted on a 35mm DIN rail or wall. The compact 62x120x162mm housing offers sufficient space to add for example a MAGBES (Managed Gigabit Switch) and or SSD/HDD, MIL housings are also available. The Guard can be operated fan less from -20°C to 60°C, or in the -40 to 85°C extended temperature environments. The internal miniPCIe slot accommodates extensions such as WLAN, GPRS. In addition, the unit provides in an external available USB connector and a microSD Memory Card slot, allowing easy logging and/or configuration capabilities. The Guard-F1 can be customized with an optional back-plane which makes additional interfaces available such as two SATA Ports, three USB ports, and two PCI express ports. Operation is from a wide input voltage range of 8 to 36VDC.
