The IPMs combine optimized circuit protection and drive matched to low-loss IGBT. The modules target low-power inverter-driven applications like air conditioner and washing machine.
Thanks to the integrated under-voltage lock-out, single BOOST PFC circuit and over-current protection, the system reliability is further enhanced. Furthermore, each phase current of inverter can be monitored separately. By using DBC, the modules have a low thermal resistance. The modules come with a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge including control ICs for gate driving and protection and with an isolation rating of 2500 Vrms/min.
