InvenSense, Sonion launch miniature MEMS microphones

These are intended to be low-noise, low-power miniature microphones for use in hearing aid applications. A family of four MEMS microphones come in two small form factors; the 08 at 8.2 cubic millimeters and the 11 at 10.8 cubic millimeters. The units work with a supply voltage of 0.9V.
The O-series, which will begin to ship in volume in January 2017.
