In addition to the adjustable 3.3V or 5V voltage regulator, now a 5V-LDO with a fixed output voltage is integrated. The new version includes a 1.2V voltage reference for external use. The slew rate of the output stage is adjustable via register setting. Beside a 4x4mm QFN24 package the device is available in a 24-ball CSP measuring only 2×2.5mm for applications that require small board dimensions. A corresponding evaluation board for design support is also available.
