Ipetronik invests in telemetry firm
Ipetronic is said to be a technology leader in the segment of mobile measurement technology, data acquisition software and test stands for the automotive industry. In addition, the company also offers engineering services. Savvy Telematic Systems offers M2M technologies and is active in the fleet management and telematics markets. The Swiss company’s products and services portfolio focuses on hardware and software for telematics-based business intelligence as well as process consulting.
Savvy’s expertise in telematics fit nicely with Ipetronics’ data acquisition activities, said Ipetronik General Manager Andreas Wocke. In turn, the Ipetronik connection enables the Swiss company to access new markets including automotive and machine building.
The founders, management and staff of Savvy Telematic will continue to hold minor interests in the company.
