Keysight EEsof will be showing new capabilities and productivity improvements in Advanced Design System 2015, including IC and module/laminate design flow (layout, DRC and LVS) and electromagnetic simulation improvements, and electro-thermal simulation.
Other key highlights to be demonstrated include
- Advanced silicon RFIC design, including ADS Silicon RFIC Interoperability with Cadence Virtuoso and GoldenGate-in-ADS;
- Built-in MATLAB Script algorithm modeling, FPGA prototyping, and 5G system-level design and verification with SystemVue 2015.01;
- Device modeling and characterization, including: turn-key automated on-wafer measurement; advanced SPICE modeling packages for FinFET, UTSOI, GaN HEMT; a turn-key, high-throughput 1/f noise measurement and modeling; an automated and intelligent SPICE library qualification system; and SPICE modeling services
