The fisheye headlight combines high and low beams using Lextar’s in-house designed optical lens with light pattern complying with the ECE R112 asymmetric headlight specifications and China’s GB25991 LED headlight standard. Equipped with Lextar’s flip-chip LED which supports high-current driving to omit wire bonding and enhance product reliability, this PES headlight module delivers maximum luminance up to 70,000cd, brighter than traditional 35W xenon lights.
The Taiwanese manufacturer also provides headlight module collaborative design service for customers to design different styles of light bars for various car models. The laser headlamp module adopts Lextar’s proprietary phosphor sheets and optical lenses.
